Shipping:
In-stock items are generally shipped within 24-72hrs hours of reciept of payment.
If an item is out of stock you will be immediately notified by Phone or email.
Most shipments are done by UPS ground and in some cases USPS (United States Postal Service) priority service is used.
If you require an expedited shipping sevice, please choose service on the shipping page or call, email, or mention in the order comments section
that you want either next day, 2-day, or 3-day service.
We will contact you to confirm the new shipping costs before finalizing your order.
Exchanges: Should you wish to exchange a product the following applies:
Cricket equipment is not guaranteed against breakage and/or damage.
Once an item is used it is not returnable.
However, if for any other reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly return your money
or apply STORE credit to another purchase of your choice within 30 days of the purchase date.
Orginal shipping cost and Return shipping cost is your responsibility.
All purchases are subject to a 10% handling charge on returns.
This policy includes items/orders that qualify for FREE POSTAGE in the first instance.
The product must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt in case of Exchange.
The product must be in an unused state and in its original packaging.
Should you wish to exchange an item we will charge you postage to send you your exchanged item, even you were not charged postage in the first instance.
Crickworld.com will not charge you postage for an exchanged item that is replacing an item we sent to you by mistake.
Refunds:
Should you wish to return a non faulty product for a refund, the following applies:
The product must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt to the address below, accompanied by the printed form (below). Refunds can only be processed with a completed form.
The product must be in an unused state and in its original packaging.
A full refund will be given (less postage/carriage on all items) upon receipt of the goods.
Crickworld.com will only refund the postage back to you if we have made a mistake, i.e. sent out the incorrect size and will not refund the postage if we have sent out what you have ordered.
Please note that we do not exchange or refund Jock straps,underwear,cricket abdo guards or mouth guards for hygiene reasons.
Damaged Products:
Should your product arrive damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt, unless stated otherwise on specific products.
Any damaged or faulty goods will be replaced subject to availability.
We assure you that every product shipped from Crickworld.com is thoroughly checked for any defective or damage conditions and all products are procured directly from manufacturers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return it within 15 days of delivery.
You will be refunded the purchase price less shipping, handling, gift wrap, or any other applicable charges.
The item must be returned in original condition, in original boxes and with all of the paperwork, parts, and accessories to receive a full refund. Any item used even once WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. NO ITEM IS ACCEPTED IF USED EVEN ONCE.

Send the product via a method that can be tracked. Send your return to the from address of warehouse mentioned on the shipping package you recieved.
